Pre-Built Programs.
The programs progress week-over-week. They are great for people who do not have a lot of movement restrictions and are looking for a guided approach to make progress towards their goals. Expect a challenging workout with a precise warm-up, and to feel a sense of accomplishment afterwards… and maybe a little burn the next day.
Cardiovascular Programs.
Select from the three progressive levels: base-building, fitness, and peak. Each program includes six months of cardiovascular programming, progressing week-over-week. Expect to “build your base” with aerobic training before progressing to anaerobic fitness and peak training.
Custom Programs.
Where the paintbrush meets the canvas. Your exercise, medical, and injury history, equipment availability and goals are considerations in tailoring the program and week-over-week progressions.
Private Sessions.
60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions covering the movement program and lifestyle habits during the workout. Have your form critiqued, learn what your “money” cues are to keep you in alignment during an exercise and benefit from having a scheduled appointment and accountability for your health and fitness goals.
Nutrition Coaching.
After reviewing your Eating Habits Questionnaire, learn what nutrition skills will help you live a healthier, sustainable lifestyle. Expect an outline of nutrition skills and coaching to master one at a time. No meal plans here. If you want that, you will want to contact a Registered Dietitian (RD).
Sleep Coaching.
After reviewing your Sleeping Habits Questionnaire, Learn about what is impacting your sleep and how you can optimize your regeneration to feel more refreshed upon waking and less groggy throughout the day. Sleep quality/quantity, sleep opportunity/variance, nutrition/stress will all be assessed. Expect sleep tracking and tackling one habit at a time.
