Perform Better Mini Bands.

Muscle activation is aided when we are performing an action against a resisted force. The varying resistances of these bands help strengthen our muscles promoting stability and alignment. Commonly used for glute, core and scapular activation, these bands are an essential piece to your movement preparations.

First Place Super Bands.

One of the most versatile pieces of equipment is the Super Band. It has a number of functions including: mobility, stability, patterning, variable resistance, strength, speed, power, agility and etc. Common lengths would be 1/4" for stability, 1/2" for variable resistance upper body, agility and power, 1" for variable lower body resistance as well as strength and speed. Also, people will buy these in pairs to variably load a barbell.

Thera-Band Set.

Using the appropriate tension is key to allowing stabilizer muscles to function. If the tension is too high, we often will begin compensating through misalignment as well as start to use larger muscle groups. We want our stabilizers to stabilize our joints and our prime movers to primarily move our joints. The varying resistance of both the beginner and advanced band sets here allows you to find the perfect tension.

MBX Massage Ball.

Being able to scrub out sore muscles and tissues allows them to function optimally. A healthy muscle can accept pressure. The size of this ball is not unique (2.6in, roughly the size of a lacross ball) however the firm but not overly firm density and material of the ball allows it to sink into deeper muscles and tissue while simultaneously gripping the outer layer of connective tissue. Gripping the outer layer of tissue pins it in place allowing natural sliding and gliding of your muscle as you stretch it. You may be familiar with the "pin & stretch" technique.

MB2 Roller.

The mid-spine naturally moves or extends during arm motion. This peanut is a great tool to achieve both mobility of the mid-spine as well as 180 degrees of shoulder range of motion.

MB5 Massage Ball.

Pressure is equal to force multiplied by surface area. The moderate density and size of this tool allows for more pressure than a normal foam roller but is not as intense as using something like a lacrosse ball. This ball is the perfect size for rolling your whole body. It's a catch-all. It's large enough to scrub your hips, quads and serratus and small enough to get into the pecs, calves and rotator cuff group.

GRID Foam Roller.

A regular foam roller is just that, a roller made of foam. The foam will wear over-time which decreases the amount of pressure you exert to the muscle. The GRID's PVC hard plastic core allows the foam of the roller to maintain it's density over time. It also is more dense than a regular foam roller allowing for more force to the muscles and tissues.

GRID 2.0 Foam Roller.

The added length is great for rolling the mid-spine as well as using it as an unstable surface for bridges, planks and etc.

MELT Performance Kit.

Proper foot and ankle bio mechanics is essential to the functionality of our whole body. Foot and ankle mobility and proprioception are the foundations that allow our foot to do its two primary jobs - absorb force and be a rigid lever. The soft and large balls in this kit enable rolling and movement of the feet, hands and forearms.

Acumobilty Balls Level 1.

Being able to achieve mid spine extension is integral for healthy overhead motion and lifting. These balls are a self massage tool for your muscles as well as encourage proper joint motion. Whether you are looking to throw pitches or passes or lock your back for the bench press, these are essential to an advanced lifter’s or performance athlete’s toolbox. Level 1 balls have a similar density to tennis balls.

Acumobility Balls Level 2.

Level 2 balls have a similar density to lacrosse balls.

Acumobility The Ultimate Back Roller.

A fitting name. The height and density as well as the number and placement of nodules are all key features. Like the level 1+2 balls this is a self massage tool as well as encourage proper joint motion. This would be more of a global tool whereas the balls are more specific, providing a complete solution for your shoulder complex freedom.
