A Cardio Performance Program for Endurance & Speed.

  • Week One.

    Warm-up, workout, and cool down with type of workout, pace, and recommendations for cross-training days

    Ninety-six workouts. Four workouts per week progress week-over-week for six months.

    Month one starts with one hour long runs and speed work. Over the next six months you will progress to a multi-hour run before dialing-up the intensity for all out speed work.
