The humble Thai green curry could be your secret to a better sex life, it has been claimed.

The popular dish is packed full of aphrodisiac ingredients, leading experts at Just-Eat.co.uk to assert it leads to better sex.

Spices such as cardamom, ginseng, garlic and ginger, and ingredients including basil, lemongrass and asparagus, are all found within the Asian curry, and are all widely believed to enhance sex drive and libido.

For anyone who prefers Indian food, the korma, with its blend of coconut, garlic, chilli, ginger and almonds, is said particularly to improve sex drive in females.

Even pizza can be a boost in the bedroom, due to the presence of tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil, olive and chilli peppers.

Ash Ali of Just-Eat said:

“ We wanted to let the public in on this well-kept secret in a bid to heat up their own sex lives.

“Thai Green Curry has long been known in the East to provide a boost to sex drive, due to the ingredients, but the British public are far less aware and instead only aware of the common, more expensive aphrodisiacs, such as oysters and caviar.”
